About DiVine

 

 

The gospel recording artist DiVine of Annapolis is an anointed group, known for their well-rounded music styles; has performed on major events and received several awards. The

group currently consists of Sharnae Wallace, Ebonie Walker, Glendale Patterson, Patricia Whye-Samuel, George Johnson, Jasper Handy, Michael Wallace, Ryann Johnson, and RaMon Sheldon. They love the Lord and will continue to serve him without ceasing.

 

DiVine has ministered in many East Coast and West Coast cities performing at major events, such as the AFRAM, First Night Annapolis, Freedom Festival, the Gospel Music Awards in Augusta, GA, the Virginia State Parks Concert Series, The Black Engineers Awards, Another Level Gospel TV Show, East Coast Music Summit, Prestigious Newsome Awards, Allstate Gospel Superfest, the Prayze Factor People’s Choice Awards in Atlanta, GA, The S&M Music Awards, The International Quartet Conference in Indianapolis, IN, and the Bobby Jones Show, in Nashville, TN, The GMWA, the Premiere Gospel Music Awards in Los Angeles, CA, the GMWA, the Premiere Gospel Music Awards in Los Angeles, CA,, the Platform Television Show in Las Vegas, NV, the Gospel Music Choice Awards, the I AM Tour in Niagara, Ontario, Canada, and perform in the original stage play Another Side of King. DiVine has opening up for such artist as;

Le’Andria Johnson, Jessica Reedy, JJ Hairston, Charles Jenkins, Vicki Winans to name a few,

and made history as the first and only female group to perform at the world renown Gospel Keynotes 60th Anniversary Event February 2020 in Ft Lauderdale, FL. In 2021 DiVine perform at the Juneteenth event in Annapolis, MD before a crowd of over 7000.

 

DiVine has three Albums and 3 singles released; Touch & Agree 2014, Trust & Believe 2018, Right By My Side 2021 and One Step Closer 2022. Singles, Unity 2019, He’s Glorious 2019, Right By My Side released Sept 2020, and One Step Closer released November 2021.

 

DiVine was the recipient of the Prestigious Newsome Award for Female Gospel Group of the Year Award for 2014; The 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 S&M Gospel Music Indie Award for Contemporary/Traditional Female Group of the Year; the 2015 Prayze Factor People’s Choice Award for Female Quartet of the year, September 2016, The International Music Association presented Divine of Annapolis with top honors as the Grand Finale

Champions on Season 9 of The Prayze Factor People's Choice Awards in Atlanta, GA, December 2018 DiVine won the Maryland Music Award “Best Gospel Artist Category, June 2019 DiVine received the Gospel Music choice Award for Quartet Artist of the year, the 2021 Texas Gospel Music Excellence Awards National Award for Female Artist of the Year, 2021 Prayze Factor Award 19 for Quartet of the Year and the 2021 Divine Connections Award for Acapella Group of the Year.
